Founder Emma Parker focuses on strategy and growth as Sidekick strengthens its leadership team

Sidekick is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Thornton to Managing Director and the appointment of Louise Byron as Marketing Executive, reflecting the consultancy’s continued growth and focus on client outcomes.
Lisa has been with Sidekick since the beginning. Tenacious, committed, and a trusted pair of hands, she has been integral to shaping the culture and guiding Sidekick’s progress and success.
Known for her hard work and unwavering dedication, Lisa now steps into the role of Managing Director, leading day-to-day operations supported by Kelly Martingale and the wider team.
Meanwhile, Emma Parker will continue as Sidekick’s Founder and Principal. In this role, she is focused on shaping the consultancy’s future direction, deepening its network, and supporting key client relationships.
